As part of a generational tradition, Nicole seamlessly continues the legacy alongside her father. NICOLE K LIEBOWITZ
Nicole Liebowitz has been deeply involved in real estate from a young age, thanks to her father’s ventures in property acquisition and renovation. Their family purchased land in Wellington over 25 years ago, adjacent to the show grounds. Nicole played a pivotal role in assisting her father in building and managing the property, which enjoyed many successful years of rentals. In 2022, amidst a thriving market, the property was sold. Additionally, they designed and constructed farms and residential homes in Tryon, NC, situated next to the show grounds.
Nicole has always been an integral part of her family’s real estate endeavors. From her youth, she actively participated in her father’s pursuits, including buying and flipping homes—a tradition they continue to uphold. Their latest project is a stunning modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the Polo Club, available for rental in 2024.
Today, she stands as a key player in continuing and expanding upon the family’s influential presence in the industry, combining experience, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in every transaction.
