Our journey began in Equestrian Real Estate with Jumping Springs Properties, where we catered to Grand Prix riders by offering personally owned equestrian properties designed, built, or renovated by JSF. Over time, our expertise expanded to assisting developers like Argon Builders in building and renovating farms, eventually branching out independently to help equestrians discover their dream properties. This experience provides us with invaluable insights into property construction, equestrian amenities, and owner expectations, fostering strong relationships between owners and riders.

Nicole Liebowitz specializes in equestrian rentals helping professionals locate the perfect property for their operation. Going above and beyond assisting clients with every step of the process as well as after to help them successfully run their business. We want our clients to feel they are apart of our team and we all grow and win together.

Nicole has run her own professional hunter jumper barn and grown up showing on the East coast as well as EU. Thus making her fully equipped to make the process simple and relaxing, including clients expectations, and concerns. Diverse in all disciplines of the sport, She’s also grown up playing and working with polo and dressage.
